Return Policy and ProceduresYou have 30 days starting from the day your item was shipped in which to receive a full refund on incorrectly shipped or defective items only. Returns must contain all of the original contents (product, manuals, instructions, etc...) and be in its original packaging and the product must be in new (unused) condition. We also require a copy of the original invoice or receipt in order to process your refund request. Once you receive the return authorization information (which you must call in to obtain) you can return the product according to the instructions for a full refund less any restocking fees and shipping.
