Infusion Roaster (Turkey Cannon) - How it Works

Preparing the perfet Turkey in three easy steps:

	Season the outside of the bird with your favorite seasonings or rubs. Also coat the inner cavity and gently rub into skin.
	Pour your favorite wine, beer, soda or juice into the cylinder of the Turkey Cannon. Add additional herbs and spices for more flavor.
	Slide the bird over the Turkey Cannon cylinder. Place the legs over the leg supports to hold the bird in position. Place bird in household oven or patio grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes per pound.

Cleaning Tips:

Before first use. wash the Infusion Roaster with warm soapy water. Use a bottle brush to cleanse the inside of the cylinder. Rinse thoroughly. Sink Method - After using. wash thoroughly. Use a bottle brush to cleanse the inside of the cylinder. Rinse and dry. Spray a light coat of vegetable oil into the cylinder before storing. Dishwasher Method - After using. remove food particles by washing in sink. Scrub areas as necessary. Place Infusion Roaster on its side or upside down in dishwasher. Immediately after the cycle completes. remove product and use a bottle brush to remove any residual particles inside the cylinder. Rinse and dry. Spray a light coat of vegetable oil into the cylinder before storing.
