Our skillets come with a natural pre-seasoned non-stick finish and are ready to cook straight out of the box. We have engineered our skillets to work on all cooking surfaces from traditional gas and electric ranges, to modern glass and ceramic stove top surfaces. Both our 10" and 12" skillets feature high gently sloped sides that allow for easy and efficient stirring and whisking and keep the food in the pan especially when jumping the food.
