Create perfect sushi in three easy steps:

	Open your Sushezi and lightly oil the inside. Wet your hands to help in the handling of the rice. Pack 1/2 cup of sushi rice mixture into each side of the Sushezi.
	Add your favorite filling. Anything from traditional fish to all types of fruits and vegetables. Or, if you have a sweet tooth, replace the rice with fudge and fill the center with nuts, creme, or candy.
	Close the Sushezi and hold in one hand. Press down on the plunger with your other hand to reveal your delicious masterpiece.
